The subject of this Privacy Notice is the explanations regarding the issues related to the processing of personal data, such as the collection, use, sharing with third parties, storage and protection of your personal data, and the explanations regarding your rights regarding these issues.
Scope
This Privacy Statement is valid for the www.ikonivo.com.tr website ("Site/Our Site") and other linked websites, all kinds of applications, products and services (together, "Services/Our Services"), which are published and referred to by IKONIVO Teknoloji A.Ş., regardless of your access and usage method, including those you perform via mobile devices.
This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time. We will also announce important changes, which will be effective immediately upon publication on our website, via our website and/or by e-mail.
Collection of Personal Data
We collect, process and store your personal data when you use our Services, create an account, fill out a form on our Site, update or add information to your account information, purchase or sell products and/or services, participate in dispute resolution, communicate with us regarding our Services and visit our Site. The primary types of personal data we collect, including from other sources, are set out below.
Personal data you provide to us when you use our Services or create an account:
- When you create an account, identifying information such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Information you share regarding the order during the execution of a transaction, and other content you produce in relation to the transaction or content that arises in connection with your account due to being a party to the transaction. Other content you produce or that is related to your account, such as adding products to your shopping cart, creating favorites or following them.
- Financial information related to your transactions, such as bank account numbers.
- Other information regarding the e-mail address and telephone number used for the purpose of selling the product, including purchasing or listing the product, invoice information including tax identification number and other identification numbers, tracking numbers required for shipping/mailing transactions and up-to-date tracking information.
- In some cases, information you provide to us when creating a user account or using our Services, such as your age, gender, interests, and likes (including, if you are registered with your Facebook account, your profile information that you allow Facebook to share with us, your friends list, birthday, likes, and email address).
- Other information you provide through the forms on the Site, by updating or adding information to your user account that you have created for Site membership, by participating in dispute resolution or purchasing products and/or services, or by otherwise communicating with us regarding our Services, and the contents of all kinds of conversations/correspondences, including users formed within this scope, and the records related to these.

Personal data we automatically collect when you use our Services or create an account:
- We collect information about your use of our Services, your advertising preferences, and your interactions with us. This information is information we obtain from the devices you use to access our Services, including mobile devices. This information includes the device ID or unique identifier, device type, advertising identifier, and unique device icon.
- Geolocation information, including location information obtained from your mobile device. We would like to remind you that most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of location services through an application located in the device settings menu of the mobile device.
- Computer and connection information, such as page view statistics, page incoming and outgoing traffic information, referring URL, advertising data, your IP address, browsing history and web log information.

We may use plug-ins (social media plug-ins) or other technologies through various social media sites. When you click on a link provided through social media plug-ins, you voluntarily establish a connection with the relevant social media site.
- You may share personal data about others (such as a delivery address belonging to another person, information about the holder of another card you use for transactions, and similar information) with us only if you have obtained their prior express consent. You must also inform these persons about how we collect, use, share and store their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Use and Storage of Your Personal Data
We use your personal data that we collect for many purposes based on different legal reasons. Information on how we use your personal data and on what legal reasons is provided below.
We use your personal data to comply with an explicit provision of the Law, to fulfill a legal obligation, to establish, exercise or protect a right, to protect your life and physical integrity in case of necessity, to fulfill rights and obligations arising from a contract and to provide you with our services. - To measure the performance of our Seller members through cargo tracking information sent by our Seller members or cargo companies or similar methods.
- To monitor and improve the information security of our website and mobile applications.
- To enable you to see advertisements about our Site and Services on third party websites.
We can also use your personal data if you give us your explicit consent. The activities we can carry out within this framework include the following:
- To provide you with offers and opportunities regarding campaigns that you can benefit from on behalf of IKONIVO and its financial institution partners.
- To enable marketing activities by third parties.
- To enable you to see advertisements about third parties tailored to you on third party websites.
- To determine your precise geographic location in order to provide location-based services.
- To use your special data in order to perform transactions belonging to certain categories.
- In cases where you have given explicit consent, you can withdraw your explicit consent at any time.

However, we do not use these systems to make decisions that may have a significant impact on you, except where we are required to do so by law, where you have given your express consent, or where we are required to use the data for the performance of a contract we have with you.

You can control the methods by which we will communicate with you regarding your account or your purchasing or selling activities in [My Account>My Info/My Settings].
Marketing
If you do not want to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out of marketing communications via the link in the email and SMS you received, change your communication preferences in the My Account > My Information/Settings > My Information section, or specify your communication preferences by contacting us directly. We would like to remind you that we do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Advert
If you do not want to benefit from our personalized advertising services, you can contact us. This will prevent you from continuing to receive personalized advertising, but will not prevent us from continuing to process your personal data in relation to other matters set out in our Privacy Notice. We would like to remind you that we do not allow your personal data to be tracked and collected by third parties for their own advertising purposes through our Site without your explicit consent.
Login
When you log in to your account, your account remains open for a certain period of time. Access to your account is only possible with the instant SMS password sent to your mobile phone. If you are using a public or shared computer, we recommend that you do not leave your session open. As long as you remain logged in, you will be able to view, access and perform transactions related to your account without any further permission. Other users of the computers/browsers you are logged in to will be able to perform these transactions as well as your session remains open. Transactions and account activities that can be performed by you or other users of these computers/browsers include, but are not limited to, the following transactions:
- To complete the shopping or add products to the cart,
- To view order information,
- To view my account page,
- To provide feedback,
- To undertake post-sale activities such as cancelling orders, requesting refunds or making claims.
- If you attempt to change your user ID, update other account information, or perform other account activities other than those listed above, you will be required to enter your password.
You can end your session as usual by logging out and/or clearing your cookies. If your browser privacy settings are appropriately enabled, your session can also be ended by simply closing your browser.
Access to your personal data, control and correction of your personal data
We take appropriate measures to ensure that the personal data we collect is accurate and up to date, and that you can access it and correct it if necessary, including by:

In cases where you request that the processing of your personal data be partially or completely terminated, or where you withdraw your consent in cases where the processing or disclosure of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy is based on your explicit consent, it may not be possible for us to provide our Services or customer support, which are foreseen and based on the Privacy Policy and our User Agreement, to our Members, in a full and complete manner.
Upon your request, we will close the relevant account and cease the display of your account activity and personal data as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with applicable legislation.
Sharing of Personal Data
We may share your personal data with the persons specified below for the purposes specified below.
Your personal data may be shared with our business partners, provided that it is in connection with the following purposes and subject to the conditions set out in the relevant legislation.
- To provide content and services such as registration, transactions and customer support.
- To help detect and prevent suspected fraudulent or unlawful transactions, illegal transactions, violations of our User Agreement, and data security breaches.
- To provide you with personalized and more relevant advertising.
- To guide decisions about products, the Site, applications, Services and marketing communications.
- IKONIVO company members will use your personal data to send you marketing communications only if you have given your consent for communication to the relevant business partner company or the relevant site.
Your personal data may be shared with service providers and financial institution partners for the following purposes.
- Your data may also be shared with our third party service providers located in Turkey or abroad to help us prevent, detect, minimize and investigate potentially illegal transactions, violations of our User Agreement, fraudulent or fraudulent transactions and/or security breaches, provide membership and rewards programs, co-branded credit cards, present personal advertisements, provide payment processing services and other business operations.
- Your data may also be shared with third party financial institutions that may offer you financial products to provide you with joint content and services such as registration, transaction and customer support. These third party financial institution partners will only be able to use your personal data to send you marketing communications if you have requested and consented to their services.
- Third party cargo companies with whom we share delivery address, contact information and cargo tracking information in order to ensure the delivery of purchased products and other deliveries are also among the persons with whom we may share your personal data.
- Your data may also be shared with third party website, application, service and tool providers that we cooperate with to publish and advertise the products and content you offer for sale on their own websites or applications, services and tools. If we share your personal data along with the content of the products you offer for sale with such third party service providers, this sharing will only be carried out based on an agreement that limits the processing activities of the third party service providers to the extent necessary to fulfill their obligations arising from the contract between us and them and requires them to take the necessary security measures for the relevant data. In such a case, third party service providers are not allowed to sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data that they receive together with the products you offer for sale to other third parties.
Law enforcement, legal proceedings, official authorities and legal authorities
- We may share it to comply with legal requirements, enforce our User Agreement, respond to claims that any content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's right or safety.
- Data may also be shared with law enforcement or governmental authorities or authorized third parties in response to a verified request in connection with a criminal investigation or suspected illegal activity or other activities that may expose us, you or any of our users to legal liability. - We may also share information such as information regarding late or unpaid payments or other defaulted payments on your account, which may be reflected in your credit report or file, with credit institutions authorized by applicable law.

- We would also like to remind you that we are obliged to share your personal data with the appropriate authorities in accordance with the current legal regulations, particularly the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.
Change
In the event that we merge with or are acquired by any other company, we may share information with those companies in accordance with our global privacy standards. In such event, we will require the new merged entity to comply with this Privacy Notice with respect to your personal data. If your personal data is to be collected, used, disclosed or retained for any purpose not set forth in this Privacy Notice, you will be notified in advance of the processing of your personal data for the new purposes.
Storage periods of your personal data
We store your personal data as long as they are necessary for and relevant to our activities, as long as our storage purpose and our obligations arising from the legislation require. The main elements taken into account in determining the storage periods are given below.
The period for which we need your personal data to provide our services. Under this heading, the periods required to maintain and develop our activities, to ensure that our systems remain secure, and to keep the necessary records on general and financial matters related to our business are taken into account. This heading constitutes a valid reference for the majority of retention periods.

If the circumstances requiring us to store your personal data no longer exist, your personal data will be securely destroyed or anonymized.

The measures we take to ensure the security of your personal data
