As IKONIVO TECHNOLOGY INC., the protection of consumer rights is one of our top priorities. In this sense, any problems arising from the product and service you experience during your purchases from our site are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
In distance sales (sales made over the phone and the internet), consumers can return or change the product they purchased without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the procedure written in the preliminary information form and contract text, in accordance with the procedure written in the preliminary information form and contract text, in accordance with the date of receipt. The originality, hygiene and resalability of the product must be preserved. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of products with damaged packaging, products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. More detailed information about products and transactions that cannot be used within the scope of withdrawal is available in your sales contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by calling us at 0 850 242 61 21 or sending an e-mail to info@ikonivo.com.
We undertake to take back the product and pay its price to you, as per your preference, within 10 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal reaches us, provided that the product is not damaged in any way and is delivered complete.
After completing your withdrawal notification process, you can send the product to our central address by cargo.
For shipping, you must send the product with its box, invoice, warranty certificate and all accessories.
Software products are strictly non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
For consumables, products that have been opened cannot be returned. If the product's packaging has not been opened, you can return it. If the printer is opened for return or exchange, the cartridge or toner that is a consumable is returned or exchanged after the cost of the cartridge or toner is deducted.
Check that the box of your product is not damaged during delivery and that it is complete. If your product is missing, damaged or the packaging is damaged, have the cargo officer write a report and send the order back without receiving it. If you do not receive the order, contact our line at 0 850 242 61 21 and inform us, your new product delivery process will be initiated immediately.
If products with damaged boxes are received, IKONIVO TECHNOLOGY INC. is not responsible for the damage or missing products inside.
In case of your requests that comply with the conditions specified in the return conditions, the product price will be refunded to the account you used for shopping within ten (10) days from the moment the relevant product reaches us.
Depending on your bank's processes and practices, it may take an average of two to three weeks for the refund deposited to your credit card to be reflected as a positive balance on your credit card statement. This process is a general practice and IKONIVO TECHNOLOGY A.S. has no right to intervene. If there is a delay in the reflection of your refund transaction on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank.
When your order is delivered, you should open your package with the cargo officer and check the product. It is very important to do this especially for crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. If you encounter a problematic product in an unexpected situation, you should not accept the package, have the cargo officer draw up a report and have it returned to us by the cargo company.
Returns of products whose original packaging has been damaged, destroyed or damaged in any way due to use are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was received and to pay for the commercial loss arising from use.
Returns of products that have a special explanation regarding return/cancellation in the product description on the product page, custom-made products, products that are supplied specially, pre-ordered products and similar products, and products for which logistics, customs clearance, taxation etc. expenses are paid in advance, are not accepted.
Returns of single-use products, health products and opened screen protection film/glass products are not accepted.
According to the Regulation, it is not possible to return underwear, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are prepared at the request of the BUYER or clearly in line with their personal needs and are not suitable for return, products that are in danger of rapid deterioration or whose expiration date is likely to pass, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after being delivered to the BUYER, products that are mixed with other products after being delivered and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables if the packaging is opened by the BUYER. In addition, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal regarding services whose performance has started with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, according to the Regulation.
